This letter is to express my deepest contempt that you have abused your power of office as a member of Parliament for the constituency in which I reside, to vote against an end to war crimes being committed against the residents of Gaza.
Previously, I had provided you with various factual links from valid and trusted sources sharing accurate information regarding current hostilities between Hamas and the Israeli Gov’t and military:

The facts remain:
1) No Israeli babies were beheaded on October 7th.
2) There is no evidence to prove Hamas raped Israeli captives.
3) Israeli military shot & killed Hamas members and Israeli hostages indiscriminately via heavy crossfire with Hamas who attempted to use hostages as a human shield.
4) Israeli military very clearly enacted the ‘Hannibal Directive’ which is an established Israeli protocol on facing Hamas holding hostages i.e. Hostages can be killed to thwart any chance for Hamas demands & negotiations based on hostage release:

5) Images of torched cars and burned bodies at site of the Nova Festival, as released by Israeli Gov’t and cited as evidence of a war crime committed by Hamas, are in fact the result of Israeli military choppers deploying hellfire-type missiles neither of which, Hamas has ever owned.

6) The buildings at the Kibbutz from where hostages were seized and many Israeli’s & Hamas operatives died, were bombed and fired upon by Israeli military who caused the bulk of damages we witness to date, and in that process, had, according to Israeli eye-witness-victim testimony, killed Israeli hostages & Hamas within those buildings and had also, incinerated a 12-year-old Israeli child.

7) Israeli Gov’t created & funded Hamas from the start of its establishment in Gaza as Israel’s favoured government in opposition to the former PLO, and Israel has consistently provided £Billions in funding to Hamas as negotiated via Mossad and paid through Qatar:

9) Israel’s Gov’t has publicly and officially stated as evidenced before its own Supreme Court, that Israel (an illegal nuclear power), is ‘above the law‘, is allowed to ‘violate sovereign laws of other countries‘ and is ‘entitled to ignore international law in any field it desires‘.
10) Israel’s actions in response to the criminal Hamas attacks against innocent Israeli citizens, are grossly disproportionate in comparison to the initial cause, and do amount to war crimes:
collective punishment, bombing hospitals, refugee camps, schools, targeting unarmed civilians fleeing from North to South Gaza, denial of food, water, power and medical supplies, forcibly evacuating hospitals and knowingly leaving patients who cannot be moved, including newborn infants, to die, targeting journalists and their families, targeting medics and ambulances, shooting and killing unarmed Palestinians residing in the West Bank and forcing survivors from their land & homes, ‘arresting’/seizing unarmed children & adults from Gaza, the West Bank and from within Israel itself, a military & political objective to commit and profit from the crimes of ethnic cleansing via terror and genocide.
11) As Israel hands over Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Hamas-held Israeli hostages, Israel is seizing more Palestinian children and adults from Gaza, Israel and the West Bank, as well as shooting them in its current Gaza-ground-offensive.
12) Israel has made no secret of its intent to fully own & occupy Gaza and also, to fully control & exploit Gaza’s natural resources of gas & oil:

On June 18, Israel gave preliminary approval for the development of a gas field off the coast of Gaza, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claiming progress would hinge on “preserving the State of Israel’s security and diplomatic needs” and coordination with the Palestinian Authority and neighboring Egypt. At the same time, Hamas official Ismail Rudwan told Reuters: “We reaffirm that our people in Gaza have the rights to their natural resources.” (June 18)
Two months before Oct. 7, the Pentagon began building a $35.8 million troop facility in Israel’s Negev desert, 20 miles from Gaza, allegedly as a radar site to monitor for missile attacks on Israel. The base is part of a “secret” U.S. military presence in Israel. (The Intercept, Oct. 27)
Since Oct. 7, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has made it clear that Israel intends to kill as many Palestinians as possible in order to pressure others to leave the Gaza Strip and move to the Sinai in Egypt. Netanyahu has been adamant in refusing to order a cease-fire to let in aid to stop the horrific genocide being carried out in Gaza.

13) Israel has deployed prohibited chemical weapons against Gaza and is strongly suspected of using other experimental weapons such as laser, as well as, experimenting with associated technology such as using AI to guide airstrikes:

Israel is engaged in collective punishment, ethnic cleansing, genocide, illegal detentions of Palestinian people, wholesale demolition of Gaza, theft of property, and willful murder of unarmed civilians.
On October 7th Hamas committed acts of terror against Israeli civilians. There is no doubt that Hamas actions are criminal. Addressing the crimes of Hamas or any other terrorist group does not give any nation or individual the right to engage in committing even more terrible crimes against unarmed civilians, over half of whom are known to be elderly, disabled, sick, women, children & babies. The idea that every Gazan can be labeled ‘Hamas’ because Hamas is their “elected government”, is completely ridiculous, especially in light of the reality that there have been no elections in Gaza since 2006 when Israel had effectively undermined the PLO and established Hamas, as a new ‘political choice’ to replace it.
COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT IS A WAR CRIME
Nonetheless, along with the numerous other UK MPs, you voted against a ceasfire that could immediately halt war crimes. Therefore, you are complicit in condoning and justifying war crimes on strength of known lies issued by an aggressive, apartheid nation that has criminally/illegally occupied the lands of a native/sovereign people.
As far as I’m aware, the election campaign for your current constituency did not include internationally endorsing the wholesale murder of babies & children via war crimes, and even, those crimes being lawfully suspected to be committed as part of a predetermined plan of Israel – a foreign nation – to exploit a terrorist attack in order to ‘retake Gaza’:

I do not see why yourself and every UK MP failing to demand a ceasefire and end Israel’s ongoing war crimes, should not face immediate arrest & charges via UK police within every constituency in which the representing MP has voted in support of war crimes against thousands of children and unarmed, innocent civilians.
Britain as a democracy, may have been persuaded to vote Brexit and leave the European Trade Union, but British people have not voted to abandon our own sovereign law, Human Rights and commitment to upholding International Law.
Your own and other UK MPs recent votes to support the indefinite continuance of Israeli war crimes against Gaza and the West Bank, have also, placed the British public at risk, since by your own reckoning, collective punishment is not a crime but a ‘justifiable’ response to acts of terrorism. Are fears of terrorist retaliations against UK citizens (who elected MPs who support war-crimes), an exaggerated concern in face of UK Gov’t solid support for a foreign military that bombs hospitals and then, evicts victims of war-crime from their hospital beds at gunpoint and leaving premature babies to die?

The bottom line is; if you’re wilfully ignoring international law against war crimes, you’re putting this country at risk of the same collective punishment you’ve been endorsing abroad. You are unfit for office as a British MP. I request your immediate resignation and will be forwarding a copy of this letter to my local Constabulary.
